Our support team operates six days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Malaysia Standard Time (GMT+8), and strives to handle each ticket in a timely manner. However, our response time may be delayed by one or two business days during every weekend or government holiday.
If a pending ticket remains unresponsive for more than 3 business days or is unrelated to our support items, it will be closed automatically. Additionally, duplicate ticket issues may also result in ticket locking. Thank you for your cooperation.
